Cancellation & Refund Policy

Changing or cancelling your appointment

You may change or cancel your appointment free of charge before work begins. There is no appointment cancellation fee or advance-notice penalty. Declining the free onsite quote also carries no charge.

Reply to your confirmation email or call 1-844-927-8348. Let us know as soon as your plans change so we can update the appointment.

If a delay affects your appointment, we will contact you about an updated time. You may reschedule or cancel free of charge.

Once you have approved the work

Booking an assessment does not authorize removal or commit you to paying for it. We explain the agreed scope and complete price before paid work starts, and payment is due once the agreed job is complete.

If you ask us to stop after approved work has begun, we will stop as safely as possible. Any amount payable for approved work already performed is subject to applicable law.

Refunds and billing concerns

Subject to applicable law, charges for services completed as agreed are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by TrashThat. This is separate from changing a free appointment or declining a quote before work starts.

For a billing or service concern, contact our Complaints Officer at complaints@trashthat.ca with your booking reference or job details and a description of the issue. We review the relevant records and respond based on the circumstances and applicable obligations.
