Frequently Asked Questions
What are your operating hours?
Book online 24/7. We offer flexible pickup times, including evening, overnight and weekend appointments by arrangement. Have a large cleanout or commercial job that needs to happen after hours? Contact us and we’ll work with your schedule.
Specific pickup times depend on available appointments and the job requirements. Online booking at any hour does not mean a crew is available around the clock.
When and how do I pay?
We accept credit cards, debit, cash and e-transfer. You approve the price before we start and pay once the job is complete. No credit card or payment is required to book your appointment.
Are there any extra charges?
Your quote includes labour, loading, cleanup and disposal. Any additional costs for heavy materials, special disposal or extra work are explained upfront and included in the total you approve before we start. No hidden fees. No surprises.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Of course—plans change! Simply reply to your confirmation email or give us a call to reschedule or cancel. There’s no charge.
Changes and cancellations are free before work begins. Declining the onsite quote is also free. If approved work has already started, the Terms explain how work already performed is handled.
Do I have to be there for the pickup?
Not necessarily! Let us know when booking, and we can arrange pickup while you’re away if the items are safely accessible. We’ll confirm the items and price with you by phone before starting, arrange payment remotely once we’re finished, and email your receipt.
Is there anything you don’t take?
We take almost anything—from old furniture to full property cleanouts! A few exceptions include hazardous chemicals, asbestos and medical waste.
Got something unusual? Give us a call or send a photo—we’re happy to help!
Item acceptance depends on condition, safe access, handling and disposal requirements. Please describe heavy, unusual or uncertain materials before arranging collection.
Are you insured, and how do you protect my property?
Absolutely! We’re fully licensed, bonded and insured, with a certificate of insurance available on request. We take extra care around floors, walls, corners, doorways and railings, using floor protection, padded blankets, door-jamb guards and edge protectors wherever needed. Your junk is leaving—your home deserves care.
How do you charge for junk removal?
Pricing is based on how much space your junk takes up in our truck. We provide a free onsite quote and confirm your total before we start. You decide whether to go ahead—there’s no obligation.
Explore the truck below to see the different load sizes. No measuring needed—our team will assess your items for you.
How big is your truck?
Our truck offers approximately 16.3 cubic yards of space—about 10% more room than the 400-cubic-foot trucks advertised by two major junk removal brands. That means more room for your cleanout in a single load!
What kinds of junk do you remove?
We remove furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, household clutter, yard waste, renovation debris and much more. From a single unwanted item to a full home, office or property cleanout, we handle the lifting, loading and cleanup.
Not sure about an item? Call us or include a photo when booking.
How does the service work?
Book your appointment and we’ll call before arrival. When we arrive, show us what you’d like removed and we’ll give you a free onsite quote. Once you approve the price, we get to work, load your items and tidy the area. You pay when the job is complete.
How do I book an appointment?
Choose your date and two-hour arrival window, enter your contact details and service address, and confirm your appointment online. Photos and notes are optional, and no credit card is required. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.
Prefer to speak with us? Give us a call.
Is the onsite quote free?
Yes! Your onsite quote is free, with no obligation to proceed. We explain the price before any work begins, and you choose whether to go ahead.
Can you come today?
Same-day appointments may be available! Check our online calendar or give us a call to see the earliest available arrival window.
If the current two-hour window is still shown as available, you can select it for an urgent request. Availability does not guarantee an immediate arrival; keep your phone handy for the crew’s update.
Why do you use two-hour arrival windows?
Arrival windows give our team flexibility for traffic and earlier jobs while giving you a clear time to expect us. We’ll call before arrival with an update—keeping your phone handy helps us stay in touch.
The two hours describe when we expect to arrive, not how long the removal will take. A current window may remain available until it ends; choose from the appointments actually displayed.
Do I need to move everything outside or prepare it first?
No need to do the heavy lifting—we’ll collect your items from inside your home or business, the garage, yard or wherever they’re located. Just identify what’s going and set aside anything you want to keep. Let us know about access details that will help the pickup go smoothly.
Can you remove large items or dismantle things?
Yes! We handle large and bulky items and can dismantle items that need to come apart for removal, including furniture, hot tubs, sheds and gazebos. Tell us what you have, or send a photo, so we can plan the job. Any dismantling or extra work is included in the price you approve before we start.
Dismantling, heavy items and specialist work need an assessment and explicit agreement. A standard pickup does not automatically include utility disconnection, structural work or hazardous-material handling.
Do you handle commercial jobs and large cleanouts?
Absolutely. We help homeowners, businesses, property managers and contractors with everything from individual pickups to larger cleanouts. If your job needs special scheduling or after-hours service, contact us and we’ll work through the details with you.
Do I need to upload photos?
Photos are optional. They help us understand your items and prepare for the job, but you can book without them. We’ll assess everything in person and confirm the price before starting.
Do you recycle or donate items?
We look for opportunities to give usable items another life and recycle materials wherever possible. What can be donated or recycled depends on the items’ condition and what local organizations and facilities accept.
What if my junk needs more than one truckload?
We can plan larger jobs across multiple loads. Our team will assess the scope, explain the approach and confirm the price with you before starting.
