Yard Waste Removal & Outdoor Clearouts

Clearing an outdoor space can leave several different kinds of material behind. TrashThat assesses suitable pre-collected yard waste, brush and unwanted outdoor items for hauling. Tell us what is in the pile, how much there is and how the crew can reach it so the collection can be planned.

Separate yard material from other outdoor junk

Branches and brush are different from an unwanted outdoor chair, a pile of soil or leftover renovation debris. List the categories separately when you enquire. This helps us review the handling and receiving options for each material.

Acceptance depends on the material, quantity, access and available disposal options. Describe unusually large, heavy or awkward items separately. Soil or dirt loads need a material and weight review before collection.

  • Suitable pre-collected yard waste and brush
  • Accepted outdoor clutter and unwanted household items
  • Soil or dirt only after a separate material and weight assessment
  • Mixed outdoor loads with each material identified first

Hauling starts with material ready for assessment

Our yard service concerns removal of accepted material. It does not imply tree cutting, landscaping, excavation or structural dismantling. If a job involves a standing tree, material still attached to a structure or soil that has not been excavated, explain that before booking so there is no confusion about the scope.

Tell us the current condition and location of the material, then confirm what preparation is required. Leave difficult cutting and moves in place until the handling plan is assessed.

Show us the pile, quantity and access

Describe approximately how much material there is and whether it is loose, contained or mixed with other items. Optional photos can help show the scale and the route from the yard to the loading location. Flag narrow gates, steps, slopes or a long carrying distance.

Keep items you want to retain clearly separate. Tell us about sharp pieces, unstable stacks or anything else that may affect safe handling. Confirm any sorting or containment requirements for the actual materials before spending time preparing a load that may need a different receiving route.

Heavy and uncertain material needs its own review

A small amount of dense material can weigh much more than a larger pile of brush. Soil, dirt, concrete and similar loads cannot be assessed by appearance or truck space alone. Identify them separately so weight, loading and receiving requirements can be reviewed.

Hazardous, restricted and unsafe substances are excluded from ordinary hauling. If the contents or condition of a pile are uncertain, disclose that before collection. Keep uncertain substances separate from the yard material and identify them when you enquire.

Review the price and collection plan

Your free onsite quote considers the approved materials, quantity, handling, access and receiving requirements. We explain the complete price before work starts and wait for your approval. You can decline the quote, and payment is due after the approved job is complete.

Choose an available date and two-hour arrival window online, and include the material details and access notes. The window is the planned arrival period. The time needed for an outdoor cleanout depends on the agreed job. If your project has a deadline, tell us about it when arranging the collection.

Receiving requirements depend on the material

Suitable yard material may have a different receiving option from furniture, mixed debris or soil. The actual material and destination determine what is accepted; a municipal resident drop-off service does not automatically describe the conditions for a private collection.

Ask about any particular item or material before booking. Confirming its condition and the available receiving options helps establish how it can be collected, prepared and handled.

Common questions

Will you cut down trees or landscape the yard?

No. Yard hauling does not imply tree cutting, landscaping or excavation. Describe the pre-collected material you want removed and any preparation still required.

Can you take soil or dirt?

Soil and dirt need a separate material, weight and receiving assessment before collection. A small pile is not automatically suitable for an ordinary household-junk load.

Can yard debris and outdoor furniture go in one booking?

List each category and quantity so the complete job can be assessed. Different materials can have different handling and receiving requirements.

What should I include in the booking notes?

Describe the material, approximate quantity, location and carrying route. Mention gates, steps, slopes and parking restrictions. Photos are optional if they help explain the job.
